1. 수집하는 개인정보

비로그인 사용자의 경우 IP 주소가 이용량 제한 목적으로 일시적으로 처리되며, 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 업로드 파일 처리

• 업로드된 악보 파일은 변환 처리 후 서버에서 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 변환 결과(XML, MML)는 세션 만료 시 삭제됩니다.
• 업로드 파일은 변환 목적으로만 사용되며, 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 쿠키 및 이용 분석

로그인 세션 유지를 위해 인증 쿠키(board_session)를 사용합니다. 이 쿠키는 HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax 속성으로 설정되며, 30일 후 만료됩니다.

서비스 개선을 위해 익명 이용 통계를 수집합니다. 브라우저에 임의로 생성된 익명 식별자를 저장하고(계정 정보와 연결되지 않음), 주요 사용 단계(변환 시작·완료, 교정·다운로드 등)의 발생 시점만 기록합니다. 악보 내용이나 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

4. 보관 기간

• 계정 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지
• 게시글: 삭제 요청 시까지 (탈퇴 시 익명 처리)
• 업로드 파일: 변환 완료 후 즉시 삭제

5. 개인정보 삭제

프로필 페이지에서 "회원 탈퇴"를 통해 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 계정 정보가 삭제되고, 작성한 게시글은 익명으로 전환됩니다.

6. 제3자 제공

• 구글 OAuth: 로그인 인증 목적으로 구글에 인증 요청을 보냅니다.
• 그 외 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 이용 통계

서비스 개선을 위해 방문 수, 변환 횟수 등 비식별 이용 통계를 수집합니다. 이 통계에는 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.

For non-logged-in users, the IP address is processed temporarily for rate-limiting and is not stored separately.

2. Handling of Uploaded Files

• Uploaded sheet-music files are automatically deleted from the server after conversion.
• Conversion results (XML, MML) are deleted when the session expires.
• Uploaded files are used only for conversion and are not provided to third parties.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use an authentication cookie (board_session) to maintain login sessions. This cookie is set with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax attributes and expires after 30 days.

We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the service. We store a randomly generated anonymous identifier in the browser (not linked to account info) and record only the timing of key steps (conversion start/complete, correction, download, etc.). No sheet-music content or personally identifiable information is included.

4. Retention Period

• Account info: until account deletion
• Posts: until deletion is requested (anonymized upon account deletion)
• Uploaded files: deleted immediately after conversion

5. Deleting Personal Data

You can delete it directly via "Delete account" on the profile page. Upon deletion, account info is removed and your posts are converted to anonymous.

6. Third-Party Sharing

• Google OAuth: we send authentication requests to Google for login.
• We do not provide personal data to any other third parties.

7. Usage Statistics

We collect non-identifying usage statistics such as visit counts and conversion counts to improve the service. These statistics contain no personally identifiable information.
