ScoreToMML(sheet2mml.com, 이하 "서비스")은 개인정보 보호법에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.

가입 대기 중(Google 로그인 후 약관 동의 전)에는 Google 계정 식별번호·이메일·이름을 서버 메모리에만 최대 30분 두며, 가입을 마치지 않으면 저장하지 않습니다.
방문 통계는 날짜별 건수(방문·변환·MML 내보내기·안내 단추 클릭·변환 실패 이유별 건수 등)만 셉니다. 누가 했는지는 남기지 않으며, IP 주소나 IP 에서 만든 값은 방문 통계에 저장하지 않습니다.
만 14세 미만은 회원으로 가입할 수 없습니다. 가입할 때 만 14세 이상임을 스스로 확인하며, 생년월일 등 추가 정보는 받지 않습니다.
2026년 9월 25일까지 운영하던 방문자 IP 변환값(해시)과 브라우저 이용 기록(임의 식별자·사용 단계·시각)은 더 이상 수집하지 않습니다. 이미 수집된 기록은 현재 보관 중이며(이용 기록은 서버와 백업, IP 변환값은 서버), 보존·집계·삭제 방침을 검토하고 있습니다. 방침이 정해지면 이 문서에 반영합니다.
개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우는 예외입니다. Google 로그인은 이용자가 Google 에 직접 인증하는 것이며, 서비스는 그 결과(계정 식별번호·이메일·이름)를 Google 로부터 받습니다.
서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 처리를 위탁하며, 위탁받는 회사가 국외에 있어 개인정보가 국외로 이전(보관·처리)됩니다(개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호).

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면: 변환 완료 메일을 선택하지 않으면 이메일 주소와 악보가 Resend 로 전송되지 않습니다. ★피드백이나 이메일 문의를 보내지 않으면 Google 로 전송되지 않습니다. 서버 보관(Contabo)과 오류 기록(Sentry)은 서비스 제공에 필요하여, 원하지 않으시면 회원 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다(회원 탈퇴로 중단할 수 있습니다).
언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 프로필 화면에서 닉네임 변경, 이용 통계 끄기, 회원 탈퇴를 직접 할 수 있으며, 그 밖의 요구는 10항의 연락처로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 조치합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 사람을 통해서도 요구할 수 있습니다.

브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 거부할 수 있으나, 그러면 로그인 기능을 쓸 수 없습니다.
Windows 로컬 앱은 악보 변환을 사용자 PC 안에서 처리합니다. 앱이 무엇을 PC 에 두고, 무엇을 서버와 주고받는지는 아래와 같습니다.

ScoreToMML (sheet2mml.com, the "Service") processes your personal data as described below, in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act.

While sign-up is pending (after Google sign-in, before you accept the Terms), your Google account ID, email and name are kept only in server memory for up to 30 minutes and are not stored unless you finish signing up.
Visit statistics only count events per day (visits, conversions, MML exports, clicks on the app download notice, conversion failures by reason, and similar). They do not record who did anything. Neither IP addresses nor values derived from them are stored for visit statistics.
People under 14 cannot sign up. At sign-up you declare that you are 14 or older; we do not ask for your date of birth or other extra information.
The visitor IP-derived values (hashes) and browser usage records (random identifier, usage steps, time) operated until September 25, 2026 are no longer collected. Records already collected are currently retained (usage records on the server and in backups, IP-derived values on the server), and we are reviewing whether to keep, aggregate or delete them. We will update this policy once that is decided.
We do not provide personal data to third parties, except where required by law. Google sign-in means you authenticate directly with Google; the Service receives the result (account ID, email, name) from Google.
We outsource processing as below. Because these companies are outside Korea, your personal data is transferred abroad for storage and processing (Article 28-8(1)(3) of the Personal Information Protection Act).

If you do not want a cross-border transfer: if you do not choose the completion email, your email address and score are not sent to Resend. ★If you do not send feedback or email inquiries, nothing is sent to Google. Server storage (Contabo) and error records (Sentry) are necessary to provide the Service; if you do not want them, you cannot use member services (you can stop by deleting your account).
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal data and withdraw consent at any time. You can change your nickname, turn off usage statistics and delete your account yourself on the profile page; for other requests, contact us at the address in section 10 and we will act without delay. Legal representatives or authorised persons may also make requests.

You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to sign in.
The Windows local app converts sheet music on your own PC. What stays on the PC and what is exchanged with the server:

Convert, Corrector, the board and the MML editor open inside the app window. Web pages outside the app (terms, privacy, support, …) and the Google sign-in open in your default browser; from there sections 1–8 (the web service) apply.
