본 서비스(sheet2mml.com, 이하 "서비스")는 악보 이미지(PDF, PNG, JPG)를 마비노기 MML(Music Macro Language) 형식으로 변환하는 무료 온라인 도구입니다.

2. 이용 조건

• 서비스 이용에 별도의 가입 의무는 없으나, 게시판 이용 시 구글 계정으로 로그인이 필요합니다.
• 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

3. 금지 사항

• 서비스에 대한 자동화된 대량 요청(스크래핑, 봇 등)
• 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠의 게시
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 악성 파일 업로드 또는 보안 취약점 악용

4. 저작권

사용자가 업로드하는 악보의 저작권은 원저작자에게 있으며, 서비스는 변환 목적으로만 일시적으로 처리합니다. 변환 결과물의 사용에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

5. 서비스 제한

• 무료 서비스로서 이용량 제한(시간당 페이지 수)이 적용될 수 있습니다.
• 서비스는 사전 고지 없이 변경, 중단될 수 있습니다.

6. 면책

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 변환 정확도나 서비스 가용성에 대한 보증을 하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용으로 발생하는 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

7. OMR 엔진

본 서비스의 악보 인식(OMR)은 Audiveris(AGPL v3 라이선스)를 사용합니다.

8. 약관 변경

본 약관은 서비스 운영 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

1. Service Overview

This service (sheet2mml.com, the "Service") is a free online tool that converts sheet-music images (PDF, PNG, JPG) into Mabinogi MML (Music Macro Language) format.

2. Conditions of Use

• No sign-up is required to use the Service, but logging in with a Google account is required to use the board.
• Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Automated bulk requests to the Service (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Posting content that infringes others' copyright
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Uploading malicious files or exploiting security vulnerabilities

4. Copyright

Copyright in uploaded sheet music belongs to its original authors; the Service processes it only temporarily for conversion. Responsibility for use of the converted output rests with the user.

5. Service Limits

• As a free service, usage limits (pages per hour) may apply.
